It is important that you do not drink alcohol the night before getting a tattoo. Alcohol is a blood thinner and will affect the tattoo as well as the healing process.

If you have fake tan on, please make sure you remove it on the area where you would like your tattoo. Make sure not to get sunburnt on the area where you would like your tattoo.

You need to make sure you take good care of your tattoo, especially during the healing process. We offer an aftercare pack for $20 which includes a tattoo aftercare cream as well as an antibacterial soap.

It is important that you follow your tattoo artist’s care instructions. Each artist is different and recommendations for tattoo care can differ from one artist to another. As such, you should only follow the instructions that have been given to you by your artist or the tattoo shop your artist works in.

We do not show final designs for tattoos until the day of your booking however we do offer consultations prior to your booking.

During a consultation, the artist will show you how they will design and place the tattoo and, for first timers, walk you through the process of getting tattooed.

For large scale pieces such as full sleeves and/or back pieces, we like to do two consultations before the booking.

As we are limited for space, we can only allow one person to be with you if you need moral support. If you do intend to bring someone with you to your booking, please let us know as soon as possible before your booking so that we can accomodate.

We do not tattoo minors.

If you’re not sure of what you want but you are already booked in, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel or reschedule your booking to a later date.

A tattoo is a big decision and should not be taken lightly. If you are not set on what you want, we would prefer to give you more time so you can be sure of your tattoo.

We do tattoo hands and fingers at a higher rate and with no free touch ups. This is because hands and fingers have very different skin to other areas of the body and they heal differently to anywhere else.

We tattoo the face, throat and visible neck area only if you are already heavily tattooed.

A good option for women when they are getting back tattoos or chest tattoos is to wear a flannel or any kind of button up shirt. For back pieces that may go down onto your hip line, you can also wear a bikini bottom with detachable strings on the side.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we will not tattoo you. Currently, there is not a lot of research or scientific evidence as to whether or not tattoos can impact pregnancy or breastfeeding, however, during those times, your body has a higher risk of infection and it is best to avoid unnecessary strain.

We will not tattoo you if you have lost a bet or if it was a dare. A tattoo is, quite literally, a lifetime commitment. If it is not something that you want or that you’re absolutely sure of, we will not tattoo you.

If you selected the option to receive your gift voucher digitally and you ordered it within our opening hours, we will email it to you within 5 hours of you purchasing it.

If you ordered it during our closed hours, we will send it to you by 12pm on Wednesday.

You will receive an email from our info email address with the gift voucher attached as well as a fulfilment email from Squarespace confirming your voucher was emailed to you.
